Standard Fares - (Steam & Diesel Services)
These fares are valid on all services except when the blue
timetable is in operation or on special event days.
Tickets can be purchased from the ticket office at the
station you are departing from. Please allow plenty of time to
purchase your tickets and board the train.

family rover ticket marked with (#) includes a £5 gift
voucher valid in one of our souvenir shops or buffets on the
day of travel.
Child
Fare is 5-15 years. Children under 5 travel free.
Dogs
and cycles are charged at £1.00 each regardless of the
journey made.
Blue Service Fares - (Blue Timetable days only)
These fares are only valid when the blue timetable is in
operation.

Advance Booking
Save time at the ticket office by purchasing your tickets
in advance. Selected tickets are available for purchase from
our online shop.
Returning Visitors' Discount
Visitors who retain their 2009 travel tickets and present
them the next time they travel will receive a 10% discount on
their new tickets. The offer is only available if the second
visit is before 31 October 2009 and is not available on any special
events.

Station Admission
There is normally no charge for admission to the stations.
However for some special events there will be a charge. See
