Our
smallest 'station' consists of a one coach length platform. If you wish
to alight here please advise the Guard at the previous station. If you wish to
board the train here please give a clear signal to the driver.
Please note however, that steam trains do not stop
here on the way up to Holt due to difficulties in restarting
the train on the gradient. Passengers travelling from Sheringham
to Kelling Heath should either alight at Weybourne and take
advantage of the pleasant walk or travel on to Holt and alight
on the return journey, providing your have valid rover tickets.
The halt primarily serves the Kelling
Heath Park complex although many attractive walks can
be taken from here. Booklets covering the Nature
Trail are available to visitors, from the reception centre
at the park.
