Vintage Bus Weekend - 17th & 18th April 2010
The 2010 vintage bus weekend was during the 17th and 18th April, for details of the events of the weekend, see below. For details of events in 2011, please check closer to the end of the year,
Attractions
· Vintage Bus Rally at Sheringham car park (Sunday 11am - 5pm)
· Free vintage bus rides between NNR stations at Sheringham, Weybourne and Holt
· The coach from BBC TV’s ‘Rock & Chips’ (Sunday)
· Cromer circular bus tours operate hourly from Sheringham station on both days
· Transport films will be showing at the Holt Institute (by the entrance to the NNR station) 10.30 - 4.30
· Sunday at 14.25 there will be an "Eastern Counties Cavalcade" on the Cromer service comprising no less than six ex - Eastern Counties buses/coaches
· Extra Train Running To the advertized yellow service, there will be Diesel Railbus shuttle between Sheringham and Holt. Starting Sheringham 10:10, 11:40, 13:10 & 14:40
The Cambridge Omnibus Society are organising a 'vintage' 1966 Bedford coach to the event on Sunday 18th leaving from Cambridge at 08.00 hours & returning from Sheringham 17.00 hours.
