Don't Panic, it's Dad's Army Live!
This family-friendly weekend is sure to get you giggling. Re-live some of the best moments from the hit BBC comedy with live action from our friends at the Thetford Dad's Army Museum.
Sunday 27th - Monday 28th May 2018
The famous "Royal Train" episode of Dad's Army was filmed at Weybourne Station back in 1973. Now Corporal Jones' much-loved Butchers van brings the Walmington-on-Sea stars to life again at Weybourne as the station is taken over by the Home Guard courtesy of Thetford Dad's Army Museum; Timescape will be entertaining one and all with songs of the era and the NAAFI will be open selling supplies! Thos year we also welcome the hand operated pump trolley as used in the famous 'Royal Train' episode courtesy of our friends at the Mid Norfolk Railway. If the Home Guard are in charge, what could possibly go wrong!
Our standard service fares apply for this event; our full range of tickets will be available to buy on the day. This includes discounted tickets such as M&GN Society Members rate, Residents Passes, etc.
