The Weybourne Traction Group plays host to an impressive array of guest and home fleet diesel locos. A must for any diesel enthusiast.

Details of the 2017 Diesel Gala will be released as developments are confirmed

In the meantime why not check out last years event below.

The Weybourne Traction Group returns in 2016 with another eagerly anticipated Diesel Gala on the North Norfolk Railway. Over three days, come and enjoy a great day out on the NNR, with classic diesel locomotives from a variety of eras hard at work between Sheringham and Holt.

We'll be putting as many of our own locomotives and as much of our coaching stock into use, along with visiting locomotives which are expected to be arriving via Sheringham Level Crossing.

Network SouthEast 30

Friday 10th June sees 30 years to the day since Network SouthEast commenced operations. Brainchild of former NSE Managing Director Chris Green, NSE sought to revolutionise commuter travel for thousands of passengers who commuted into London each day. Network SouthEast covered London and the South East, as well as King's Lynn, Cambridge, Ipswich, Peterborough and the Home Counties, and 50026 will be appearing at the event in the famous 'toothpaste' livery.

Chris Green will be visiting the event and undertaking book signings of 'The Network SouthEast story', on Saturday 11th June.

Did you work for Network SouthEast? Or would you like to find out more about it? Perhaps celebrate and reminisce about commuting stories? Friday 10th will see a reunion of former NSE staff, come along and share your memories, people will be on hand all day, and reserved seating will be available on our beerex services, hauled by 33035, to allow you to take advantage of our real ale bar car! Cheers!
