NEW FOR 2017
Come and join us for one of our brand new Signalling Experience Days. This exciting day offers the chance to take part in the signaling of our regular service trains on selected dates throughout the year.
Under the close supervision of your dedicated box host and signalmen, you will have the opportunity to operate the signal levers which control the points and signals as trains arrive and depart from our Holt terminus station.
2017 Dates are as follows:
Friday 19th May
Friday 16th June
Friday 7th July - Sub Week Special
Friday 18th August - Double Steam Service
Friday 15th September
Your experience day will include an introduction to signalling principles, instruction of signalling techniques and practical signalling experience, the day will also include a visit to the Weybourne Box where you will witness the signalling of passing trains. Before you attend your experience day, we will send you a copy of our Signalling Principles information guide, so that you can swat up and sound like a pro before you go.
