Public Launch Weekend
The Public Launch Weekend was held on
Saturday and Sunday the 12 and 13 July 2008. Details of what
was on offer during the event are available below.
We are pleased to announce that a date has been set for the
unique Quad-Art set's return to public service on the North
Norfolk Railway. Their return will be over the weekend of
12 and 13 July 2008.
 During
this weekend the Quad-Art set will run alongside our usual
British Railways Mark 1 coaches. Two steam locomotives will
be in operation for most of each day, with the N7 scheduled
to haul the Quad set, subject to availability.
Dates
The dates the Quad-Art set is scheduled to run are as follows:
Saturday 12 July 2008 - First Public Running Day
Sunday 13 July 2008 - Vintage Transport Day
Sunday 13 July is our Vintage Transport
Day, where a large number of vintage cars and motorcycles
will be on display at the various stations along the line.

Fares
Standard fares apply
for this event, but there will be a supplement of £1
per person (age 5+) per day to travel in the newly restored
Quad-Art set.
There is no need to book, simply turn up on the day and pay
at the ticket office before boarding the train, remembering
to state whether or not you would like to purchase the Quad-Art
supplement ticket. A ticket is not a guarantee of a seat so
leaving ample time to find seats is advised.
Important Notice
Due to the recent extensive restoration of our unique
Quad-Articulated coaches, costing around £500,000.00,
we are sure you will appreciate the following restrictions,
which apply to trains marked with "Quads" in the
timetables above.
No food or drink is permitted on the Quad-Art set. No
unaccompanied children are to travel. Please ensure that you
do not allow your children to stand on the seats. Dogs are
permitted on this train but please do not allow them onto
the seats.
Thank you for your co-operation in ensuring these carriages
remain in excellent condition for the enjoyment of others.
