Quad-Art Set Running Dates

4 - 12 July 2009 - Quad-Art Set Week

From Saturday 4 July to Sunday 12 July 2009 the North Norfolk Railway will be holding Quad-Art Set week.

Copyright Steve AllenThe Quad-Art set will be in service on each of the above dates in normal passenger service. There will also be another train in service formed of our standard British Railways coaches, plus our Diesel Multiple Unit will be operating the last two services of the day.

Our standard red service will be in operation for most of this week. The timetable, including which trains will be formed of the Quad-Art set, is available below. There is no extra charge for this event.

Vintage Transport Day

Sunday 5 July is also our Vintage Transport Day, where a large number of vintage cars and motorcycles will be on display at the various stations along the line. Click here for details of this event.

The normal red timetable, as shown below, will be in operation on every day of this event except Sunday 5 July, which is also our Vintage Transport Festival. A special timetable will be in operation on this day. Click here for details.

Important Notice

Due to the recent extensive restoration of our unique Quad-Articulated coaches, costing around £500,000.00, we are sure you will appreciate the following restrictions, which apply to any trains operated with the Quad-Art set.

No food or drink is permitted on the Quad-Art set. No unaccompanied children are to travel. Please ensure that you do not allow your children to stand on the seats. Dogs are permitted on this train but please do not allow them onto the seats.
