undergoing major repair and are normally available for service.
They may not be in service on any specific day because of
minor repairs, boiler washouts, not required, etc. Occasionally
they may even be on short term loan elsewhere.

N2 1744 is due to visit the NNR from the Great Central Railway for our September Steam Gala this locomotive is replacing Jinty 47406 which is suffering injector problems.

The National Railway Museum's Southern Railway N15 locomotive will be visiting the NNR for our September Steam Gala, the engine will also be arriving over the Sheringham Level Crossing just prior to the event
