Members’ & Shareholders’ Day
Four steam locomotives and a heritage diesel will be in action operating a special timetable to showcase the collection of engines and rolling stock owned by the North Norfolk Railway and our supporting Charity, the Midland & Great Northern Society.
Ride in the sole-surviving LNER “Quad-Arts” – a set of teak-bodied carriages dating from 1920 or climb aboard the magnificently restored Victorian train comprising four unique carriages dating from 19th Century – each with a fascinating history and a tribute to the craftmanship of the period and our carriage restoration team.
Other activities will include “Driver for a Fiver” at selected times.
Locomotives scheduled to be in action:
GER Y14 – No 564
LNER B12 – No 8572
